From our first meeting together through to your finished home, you’ll have peace of mind with our Melbourne home building team ticks all the boxes.
There are a lot of moving components when it comes to building and / or renovating your home. We take your building project all the way through from beginning to end. You can be confident we have all aspects covered; accordingly you are in good hands.
Stage One: Initial Meeting & Concepts
This is where our collective journey starts. We visit your home and discuss your vision.
We use this step to get to know you and your building aspirations. You may know exactly what you want but then again you may not be quite sure.
If that is the case we can provide feedback and suggestions to help you along the way. In other words, we can brainstorm new ideas with you.
From the outset you may wish to divulge what you are prepared to spend and when you would like the building works to be completed. Based on the information you provide us we can provide you with an broad estimate of the cost of works and how long the building period would be.
Stage Two: Design Development
If you are still undecided as to what you want we can introduce our design consultant who can assist in your decision making.
You may already have architectural and engineering plans however if you don’t, then at this point these plans need to be obtained in order to proceed to Stage Three.
Stage Three: Formal Quotes
At the end of this stage you can be confident that all is in order as you will have your final set of drawings, building specifications, building works quotation and a contract for you to read and sign .
Stage Four: Planning & Approval
Don’t worry, we manage this on your behalf!
Depending on the building works to be undertaken local Council permits may be needed. This is something that can typically be lengthy and stressful. Therefore, we will also help to manage this process for you.
Stage Five: Construction
We co-ordinate your construction project, managing all required trades such as bricklaying, concreting, carpentry, scaffolding, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting etc.
Depending on your project, typically you can live comfortably in your home while your construction continues.
Our site project manager keeps you informed every step of the way as to how your building works are progressing.
Stage Six: Completion & Handover
We don’t just hand-over-and-forget as we conduct a 3 month health check of the works undertaken not that our work is backed by our warranty.
