Typically, yes. Most of our clients choose to live in their home during the renovation phase. However, this is only possible provided you have safe access to bathroom and toileting facilities.
When you choose to stay in your home, we will work closely with you to schedule building works for as minimal impact as possible.
We also require you to undertake an Occupational Health and Safety session to ensure you remain safe when around construction.

Yes! We have developed a strong team of tradespeople who can help with the entire building process. This includes professionals such as draftsmen, designers, builders, project managers, engineers, soil testers. And tradesmen such as bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers, tilers, painters – just to name a few. We have it all covered!
We prefer to use our own tradespeople as they have been highly vetted by us and we know you will receive the upmost quality of workmanship and attention that your building works demand.

This will depend on your specific building works. However, we work thoroughly with you to develop a project plan that is designed with your needs and budget in mind. We always do what we can to give you the best value for money, without compromising on quality and your overall building works vision.
