About this Project
This family home in Clifton Hill, Victoria had a number of families move in and out over the years, with various people having a go at different levels of renovations.
The current family were interested in a bathroom and laundry makeover. They then decided to do a complete makeover to the whole house.
The internal and external renovation included:
- Removing internal walls to make the living area more functional
- Restumping and installing a new sub-floor
- New heating
- Rewiring throughout
- Supplying and installing a new custom kitchen
- Rebuilding the bathroom and laundry
- Painting inside and out
- Landscaping the front and back yard
This family home is now far more structuraly sound, with a modern functional design that has turned it back into a home they love coming back to and can enjoy to it’s fullest.
