Glenn Townsend was the Project Manager on our major renovation in Surrey Hills in 2010. Glenn did an excellent job as project manager from start to finish.

We were living out of Melbourne at the time, so we couldn’t be present at the build other than weekends. This made it even more critical to trust Glenn to make the right decisions along the way. Glenn would also always call me to advise if something that was in the original plans didn’t look quite right once on site and we made a number of changes which were as a result of Glenn’s sound advice.

After the build was completed Glenn also didn’t hesitate to immediately address the inevitable little things that required fixing, his service is outstanding.

I would confidently recommend Glenn as a project manager for anyone’s building project particularly because I think Glenn understands what his customer’s tastes are and makes sure the build fits with those requirements, I would describe that as a really proactive approach to project management.

We have had the good fortune to get to know Glenn over the past 12 months whilst he managed the extension and renovation of our single storey weatherboard property. During this time, Glenn has proved himself to be respectful, trustworthy and very helpful whilst delivering our new home. Glenn was very patient at explaining his methodology which ensured we all understood what was happening and when. By the end of the works, we considered Glenn part of our family.
